For the past seven years, we have loved serving our local churches in many ways. Jeff has been a worship pastor, teaching pastor, and pastoral counselor and Jenn has served as a leader on all of our worship teams. Although we have loved serving in these capacities, the Lord began putting a new calling on our lives.
It’s become clear that God is asking us to take a big leap of faith and answer the call to join the front lines with other churches in our area by planting Generations Church.
Our passion will be to love and meet the needs of our community with the good news that only comes from the life-giving message of the gospel.
At the heart of Generations Church is a love for God, a love for people, and the power of the message that Jesus is the hope of the world!
WHY THE CEDAR VALLEY?
Jeff grew up in Waterloo and as a family, we have called it our home for the past 7 years. This experience gives us a unique insight and understanding of Waterloo and the many physical and spiritual needs of our community. We have a deep desire to see God move in our area by being a life-giving church. We are excited to answer the call of God upon our lives to plant Generations Church and to become the hands and feet of Jesus to the people of the Cedar Valley by loving and serving our region through community involvement!
